Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or posted on Erome.us.org in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright complaint, please provide the following information:

1. Your contact information: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
2. Description of the copyrighted work: Clearly identify the work you claim has been infringed.
3. Location of infringing material: Provide the URL(s) of the content on erome.us.org that you believe infringes your copyright.
4. Statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and acceptance of service of process from the complainant

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the complainant files a lawsuit within the legal period.

Repeat Infringers

Erome.us.org reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright material in accordance with the DMCA.
